Happy Mother's Day!

Ok, so i've been trying to upload pictures for hours, but it kept on telling me that there's an error or whatever. Blah! So here are a  few of the ones that i was able to upload.

We had planned on cooking breakfast, lunch and dindin today, but uhm....got really lazy. Yeah.... 

To start off, we headed to Market St. Cafe for a mimosa brunch. Mimosas...yum!

Ok, so this is only the beginning. I may officially be back =)

i want to blog...i need to blog...

...i just can't seem to find the time to! A lot has happened in the past month, and i hate that i'm not able to document and share it with you all. I will find time to update soon...i promise!

I know i haven't blogged in a while. Sorry. I'm still trying to catch up on some rest and slowly recoup, just in time to get back to work. Whew! Are you guys tired already?

Anyway, here he is...outr new bundle of joy...

Cameron Rafael Castillo

He was born on the 10th of February at 2:30 pm. He weighed 7lbs 9 oz, and measures 21 inches (just like Carlos). We took him to his 2 week check up last week and was super surprised when we heard his weight gaib. He now weighs 8 lbs 12 oz. Whoa!

i am tired!

I know, i only have four more pregnant days to go, and i'm not complaining about that. It's the whole staying at home thing that's starting to get me again. Don't get me wrong, i love hanging out with Carlos, but sometimes i just need ME time without someone constantly trying to get my attention. I've only been home with him for three weeks and i'm already exhausted. I need a day!!!

false labor sucks!

So Cameron a.k.a. "the baby in my tummy", sent us to the hospital late afternoon yesterday. I had contractions that were pretty much on top of each other. I waited at elast 45 mins before i called the docs office to see what i should do. Since we live an hour and fifteen minutes away from the hospital, they suggested we went ahead and drive to the hospital and proceed to the labor and delivery room. During the drive there, i told TGGE that it may be "false labor" since the contractions started fading. Bleh! Since we were half way to the hospital, we just kept on driving anyway. We got there, got the paper work, got strapped with the monitoring device which actually recorded contractions every 2 minutes. The doc arrives and checks my cervix and finds out that i havent dilated anymore than i have since my last visit. So they gave me a shot to stop my contractions and another one for pain.They monitored me some more, and finally called it a night after my contractions stopped. Boo!

So here i am now, still with pretty regular contractions (but of course not "regular" enough to be in labor), and some back pain. Oh, i just hate this part of the pregnancy. I hate waiting!!!!
